The name PRÉCA is an acronym for Partners for Educational Success in Chaudière-Appalaches. As a regional consultation body (IRC), PRÉCA acts as a true crossroads through which partners from different backgrounds engage and mobilize to promote academic perseverance and educational success for young people in the region.
